Terms & Conditions of Membership

  1. The Loon Fung Membership scheme is operated by Loon Fung Limited, 111 Brantwood Road Tottenham, London, United Kingdom, N17 0DX. Registered in England & Wales, company no. 01753513. Please send correspondence to aforementioned address or via email to customerservices@loonfung.co.uk. Our VAT registration number is GB 429 5209 43.

  2. These terms and conditions, in conjunction with the privacy policy (which can be viewed on our website) apply across the entire Loon Fung Membership and participation is considered as acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

  3. Loon Fung may add or amend the Terms & Conditions at any time, e.g. apply extra points during seasonal or selected periods. All members participating will be considered to have accepted the additional or amended terms & conditions.

  4. The Membership card, in whatever form, can only be used by the person who is named and registered for the card. It cannot be copied or transferred to another person. Loon Fung reserves the right to refuse, merge or close additional accounts at any time.

  5. Membership accounts, cards, key fobs, coupons, points and vouchers cannot be copied, transferred, bought, sold or in any way traded. They are issued by and remain the property of Loon Fung, who may, at any time, terminate or amend the conditions of the Membership scheme, and must be returned if requested.

  6. Membership cards and key fobs can only be used for purchases from Loon Fung. Points are redeemable in-store only. To prevent fraudulent use of cards, and to protect the rightful owner’s account, Loon Fung reserves the right to ask customers to present their Membership Card and personal ID to redeem points.

  7. An authorised cardholder can be accompanied by non-members in a Loon Fung store and non-members may make purchases whilst accompanying the member.

  8. Members shall inform Loon Fung of any change of address and other details set out in the Application Form as soon as possible.

  9. Members must be resident in the UK and aged 18 years or over.

  10. Loon Fung has the right to decline to issue, withdraw or cancel Membership card and accounts, including the deduction of points, at any time, where there is reasonable belief of:

    1. abuse or attempted abuse of the membership;

    2. breach or attempted breach of these terms and conditions and / or those relating to the optional elements of the membership;

    3. any behaviour relating to Loon Fung Membership Card or Loon Fung stores that involve theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information 

  11. Members can choose to leave the membership scheme at any time. By leaving the scheme they forfeit the right to any points or vouchers already accrued or issued.

Using your membership card

  1. For every £1.00 spent you receive 1 point which is worth £0.01. The minimum amount that can be redeemed is £2.50 (250 points).

  2. Before using your card, it should be registered by completing a Membership Application Form from at any Loon Fung store.

  3. Membership Card points can only be given for purchases at the till (in store).

  4. Membership Card points can be redeemed partially or in full payment for goods. Points cannot be exchanged for cash. To prevent fraudulent use of cards, and to protect the rightful owner’s account, Loon Fung reserves the right to ask customers to present their Membership Card and personal ID to redeem points.

  5. If refunds are given for a transaction or goods points will be deducted.

  6. Loon Fung reserve the right to exclude certain products from the scheme.

  7. Members who do not use their card at Loon Fung for more than 12 months will have their membership card and account automatically closed, and all remaining points will become invalid. Customers will need to reapply should they wish to re-join.

  8. Members will be required to present their Membership Card to collect or redeem points upon purchase. Members without their card present can collect or redeem points by specifying their account number to the cashier.

  9. Membership points already issued at the time of a transaction may be removed or cancelled if Loon Fung determines that the points were collected in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or were obtained in error.

  10. If your card is lost or stolen, please email customerservices@loonfung.co.uk or reapply for another card instore. Replacement cards will be issued at the discretion of Loon Fung at a charge of £10 or such other amount as may be notified by Loon Fung from time to time.
